Beta terms

Marketplace terms

This is a beta marketplace for lawful goods. Listings must be accurate, owned by the seller, and legal to offer, ship, and receive. Prohibited, recalled, stolen, regulated, hazardous, or counterfeit goods may not be listed.

Transactions

Stripe processes payment. A seller remains responsible for the item, description, fulfillment, and any required tax reporting. Distributed Systems may review, refuse, suspend, or remove a listing or account.

Risk

Used goods are sold in the condition described. Buyers should ask questions before paying. Software, accounts, warranties, registrations, and transferable licenses are excluded unless explicitly stated.

Effective September 1, 2026. This concise beta policy will evolve with the marketplace.
